Version 1.22 is a minor release that fixes some bugs introduced in 1.2

Features added:

* Now ships with 2 ready made background images.

Bugs fixed:

* American Bingo mode now fits onto an 800x600 screen

* Total numbers drawn is now displayed in American Bingo mode

* Background image checkbox and image file selection is now saved in the program configuration and will re-load when the program is started
