Purchase, Installation and Registration Questions

I've got my unlock code but it doens't seem to work - help!

1st thing - If you purchased your copy via Credit/Debit card (with Share-It) then they sometimes incorrectly inform you that your username is your email address. This is not the case. Your username is either your full name or your company name, depending on which option you chose.

2nd thing - The username is case sensitive. This means that if you entered your name as 'joe bloggs' in the payment system, then you must enter your username as 'joe bloggs' in Bingo Caller. 'Joe Bloggs' will not work.

3rd thing - Please make sure you're installing Bingo Caller on the same PC that you got the registration number from.

Don't worry - if you can't get it to work or you sent the wrong registration number, just contact us and we'll generate you a new code and get you up and running!

Do you accept orders from the US/Australia/India/*insert your country here*?

Yes, we do! Plus we accept payment in most major currencies.
If you're paying with a Credit/Debit card, simply change the dropdown list on the checkout page from 'Pound Sterling' to a currency of your choice and you can see exactly how much Bingo Caller will cost you.
If you're paying with PayPal, they should also show you the conversion rate to your PayPal accounts default currency.

What is the Registration Number and where can I find it?

The registration number is a special code that is unique to your machine. By sending us the registration number, we can generate you a licence key to unlock the demo to the full version of Bingo Caller.
You can find the registration number on the bottom left hand corner of the splash screen (The screen that appears when you first start the program) or on the about screen (Help menu -> About)

How soon will I get my unlock code after purchasing the software

If you purchase our software using our credit/debit card option, which is processed through ShareIT.com, then you should receive your license key within a few minutes of your card being processed. Sometimes this process can take a little longer, so allow 48 hours before contacting ShareIT or ourselves.
If you purchase using Paypal then we aim to get your license key to you within 48 hours, but this can take a little longer if we receive your order on a Friday evening (for example).
If you purchase by sending us a cheque then we will send you your unlock code once the cheque has cleared - please allow at least 7 days from posting your cheque to receive your license key.

How much space does Bingo Caller require on my hard disk?

Bingo Caller is a very small installation, and typically requires less than 2MB of hard disk space, including the system files it needs.

Can I install the program on more than 1 machine?

No. When you purchase a Bingo Caller license you are purchasing it for a set machine. If you wish to run Bingo Caller on more than one machine you must buy another license.

I'm getting a message saying my Trial Version has expired - why?

If you haven't registered Bingo Caller yet then you have reached the end of your trial period and need to register. Click here to visit the order page.

If you have a full licensed copy then something may have changed on your PC to upset our licensing software. Please try re-entering your original license key and user name. If this does not work, please email us and send us your 'Registration Number' (you can find this on the bottom left hand side of the 'Trial Version' splash screen). We will generate you a new license key.

Program Use Questions

How do I make the speech functions work?

For speech to work, you need to have Microsoft's Speech API (SAPI) Version 5 installed on your machine. This is installed as standard on Windows XP, but is not installed as standard on Windows 98/Me/2000.

Other Questions

If I upgrade my PC can I still use Bingo Caller?

Yes, of course. You may have to request a new registration key from us, depending on what has changed inside your PC. If you cannot register your software after re-installation, please contact us and we will advise you how to proceed.
